• Leads plasma etch system projects across mechanical, electrical, physics and control domains.
• Applies broad etch system knowledge to novel architectures and designs.
• Designs and implements complete engineering programs within budgets and schedules.
• Develops long-range plans and strategies to achieve engineering goals.
• Guides engineering teams on program, strategy and process design.
