Job summary

Tender Touch Therapy, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee operations and clinical services at our Wisconsin location. The role combines 60% direct patient care with 40% administrative duties, guiding a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy team.

Must hold a current license in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology and participate in weekly manager and RD meetings. Responsibilities include staffing, clinic finances, and ongoing program development.

Qualifications

• 60% treatment time, 40% admin time.
• Active licensure in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology.
• Attend Manager meetings and Lead weekly Lead meeting.
• Attend weekly RD meeting.
• Documentation time based on treatment hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite Clinic Aide and staff oversight.
• Handle clinic finances and building maintenance tasks.
• Support marketing and lead monitoring by location.
• Foster effective communication within the therapy team.
• Ensure compliance and professional conduct at all times.
