Job summary

Tender Touch Therapy, LLC. is seeking a Clinic Director to oversee clinical and administrative operations for our pediatric therapy team. You will balance 30+ hours of direct treatment with 40% admin duties, lead staff meetings, supervise front-line personnel, and drive clinic performance alongside the COO.

You will coordinate training, onboarding, clinic maintenance, marketing, and compliance while fostering teamwork and clinical excellence to improve patient outcomes and family well-being.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology
• 30+ hours a week, Full Time
• Attend Manager meetings

• Doc time based on treatment hours

CLINIC DIRECTOR

Tender Touch Therapy provides high quality pediatric physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals.
