Job summary

Tender Touch Therapy, LLC is seeking a Clinic Director to lead a pediatric therapy clinic and ensure high-quality services across physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy. You will balance clinical leadership with administrative duties, oversee staff, finances, and marketing, and drive continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

The role requires licensing in PT, OT, or SLP, supervision of clinic operations, and collaboration with the COO and management team to achieve goals and

CLINIC DIRECTOR

Mission Statement:

Tender Touch Therapy provides high quality pediatric physical, occupational, and speech language therapy services. As a comprehensive team, we implement creative and effective treatment strategies in order to maximize functional independence and achieve patient-specific goals. We will advocate on behalf of each child and their family to enhance well-being and improve lifelong wellness.

Purpose:

Empowering children to change their world one ability at a time.

Licensed:

Must be licensed in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Language Pathology

Hours:

30+ hours a week, Full Time
