ROC Physical Therapy in Florida is seeking a Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient orthopedic office as Clinic Director. This role combines hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities to drive clinic growth.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor clinical staff, manage scheduling, ensure compliant documentation, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to expand referrals. No weekends, growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in good standing.
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred; leadership capability valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist.
• 3+ years of clinical experience preferred; requirement may be waived based on leadership approval.
