NEOMED in Northeast Ohio seeks a Director for Student Success within the College of Pharmacy to lead student services, advising, and promotions through the PharmD program. The role partners with centralized admissions and student services, oversees budget and accreditation readiness, and develops programs that support student wellness, leadership, and success.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, counseling, or related field.
• Experience in student services/student affairs in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admissions collaboration with enrollment offices to support pharmacy student recruitment.
• Supervise student services, advising, and student promotion initiatives across the College of Pharmacy.
• Oversee budget and alignment with University and College strategic plans related to student success.
• Represent the College on university committees and ensure ACPE standards for student services and admissions.
