Job summary

You will oversee curriculum operations, lead the team, manage budget, and optimize systems like Canvas, Oasis, and ExamSoft while fostering a learner‑centered environment and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Evidence of supervisory and leadership skills.
• Experience with performance/process improvement and Lean methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the medical education curriculum.
• Lead and mentor the curriculum operations team and develop policies for efficient delivery.
• Oversee budget planning, monitoring, and reporting for Medical Education.
• Standardize internal processes and system utilization (Canvas, Oasis, ExamSoft).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
