Position Title

Open Rank Faculty, Pharmacy Practice

Position Summary

Join Northeast Ohio Medical University’s College of Pharmacy. We seek an educator to contribute to curriculum development and delivery in Practice Management/Pharmacy Leadership, Healthcare Delivery Systems, or related areas. The successful candidate will bring a commitment to academic excellence, advanced knowledge, and excellent communication skills. The position has 60‑80% teaching effort, 10‑20% research effort, and 10‑20% service effort.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching and Service: Participate in pharmacy and graduate student education, contribute to direct teaching needs, evaluate teaching success, serve on college and university committees, and participate in professional organizations.
  • Research: Engage in scholarly activities, seek extramural funding, conduct collaborative inquiries, maintain funding, and publish papers.
  • Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Pharm.D., PhD in Pharmacy Administration or Social/Administrative Sciences, or equivalent experience in Pharmacy Practice.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Teaching experience and expertise in curriculum and course development.
  • Track record of research/scholarship and ability to mentor students, fellows, and faculty.
  • Engagement in public or professional organizations and/or leadership experience.
