Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 10+ years in pharma with 4+ years managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and business direction for the Process Engineering group.
• Direct a diverse staff to complete CMC lifecycle activities on time and within budget.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Develop cost estimates, plans, timelines, and contingencies for projects.
• Contribute to capital planning and project execution to enhance capabilities.
• Make final decisions on project responsibilities and ownership.
• Represent AbbVie in regulatory audits with active participation.
• Ensure safe, compliant operations and adherence to health, safety and environmental rules.
• Coach, mentor, and develop direct reports and resources.
