Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. in Independence, KS is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Permanency Services Program, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.
