Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a leadership professional to oversee the Permanency Services Program.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a human services field (or plan to enroll within 6 months) and a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, along with a valid driver’s license to meet agency driving standards. You will lead daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise staff, shaping program goals and procedures while promoting a collaborative, culturally sensitive

• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.

• Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures.

• Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization.
