Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas seeks a seasoned supervisor to lead the Permanency Services Program, guiding daily operations and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will oversee clinical and administrative functions and drive policy development to support children and families.

The role emphasizes staff development, representation in forums, and promoting cultural sensitivity across the organization. A Master’s in human services or enrollment within six months is required.

Qualifications
