TFI Family Services, Inc. in Cherryvale, KS seeks a leadership professional to head the Permanency Services Program. The role oversees daily operations, ensures regulatory compliance, and guides clinical and administrative functions to support families.

The ideal candidate will develop program goals, supervise staff development, and represent the agency in community forums, promoting cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in human services field or willingness to enroll within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.

Average Salary $65,947 (includes wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.)
