Job summary

TFI Family Services in Kansas is seeking a leader to direct the Permanency Services Program, guiding day-to-day operations and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will oversee clinical and administrative functions, develop program goals, and supervise staff to foster growth and high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field, or willingness to enroll within 6 months.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Oversee clinical and administrative functions
