Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to lead the Permanency Services Program and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

The role emphasizes staff development, program policy implementation, and cross-functional coordination within the agency. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in a human services field or are willing to enroll within six months, with at least two years of supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or willingness to enroll within 6 months.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in Permanency Services or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet agency driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Permanency Services Program.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Oversee clinical and administrative functions.
• Develop and implement program goals, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise and support staff development.
• Represent the agency in public and private forums.
• Promote cultural sensitivity and teamwork across the organization.
