Job summary

Medacta USA in Franklin, TN seeks a Director, Perioperative Intensive Training to lead on-site, clinically focused training for ASC teams engaged with the ASK Medacta initiative. You will deliver hands-on perioperative education, optimize workflows, and collaborate with Sales and Product teams to drive adoption and outcomes.

The role emphasizes expert instruction in patient pathways, anesthesia and regional blocks, and postoperative care, with leadership across U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, PA Studies, PT, Health Sciences or related field required.
• Master’s degree highly encouraged for leadership and education duties.
• Minimum 6+ years in a clinical orthopedic role with ASC or OR exposure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site perioperative intensive training to ASC staff and clinicians.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Educational teams.
• Coordinate clinical experts to enhance training sessions and content.
• Plan and execute ASC-specific educational activities and outcomes assessments.
• Support POP implementation and ensure adherence to protocols and budgets.
• Travel up to 60% domestically and internationally as needed.
