You will blend people leadership with systems thinking, emphasizing governance, data quality, and leverage of SaaS HR platforms including Workday HCM and ServiceNow to create measurable employee experiences.
Qualifications
- Experience leading and developing Business Systems Analysts/HRIS Analysts.
- Deep expertise in requirements management, process design, testing and optimization.
- Strong understanding of enterprise HR technology and HR domain.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Business Systems Analysts; foster accountability and growth.
- Define and execute the HR tech roadmap, from discovery to post-launch optimization.
- Partner with People, IT and business to drive transformation and measurable outcomes.
