Ladders is seeking an Executive Director, People Business Partnership in San Diego, CA to shape the people strategy that enables growth, organizational effectiveness and leadership capability in a regulated biotech environment.

The role partners with senior leaders to translate enterprise priorities into actionable workforce and talent plans, while leading a team of People Business Partners delivering high-impact support across geographically dispersed functions.

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive experience in People & Performance or HR leadership.
Experience advising executive leaders in regulated environments such as biotechnology/healthcare.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into workforce priorities.
Proven success in organization design, workforce planning and large-scale change.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the People Business Partner team with high-quality support to leaders.
Translate the organization's strategy into workforce and talent implications.
Advise on organization effectiveness, workforce planning, and major change initiatives.
Guide on creating people plans aligned with business priorities.
Partner with leaders to identify capabilities and structures for growth.
Build forward-looking workforce planning for critical capabilities.
Strengthen leadership effectiveness through coaching and insights.
