Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive People & Performance leadership experience.
• Experience advising executive leaders in biotechnology or regulated industry.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate strategy into workforce priorities.
• Proven success in organization design, workforce planning, talent and succession planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Acadia’s People Business Partner team and set clear expectations.
• Translate business strategy into workforce, leadership and talent priorities.
• Guide leaders on organization effectiveness, workforce planning and change.
• Develop focused people plans aligned with business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Drive succession planning and leadership development at enterprise scale.
