The role strengthens PBP impact across Acadia, anticipating needs, shaping capability plans, and driving change with executive partners and Centers of Excellence. Travel up to 25% within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field with 15+ years of PBP/HR leadership.
• 8+ years leading teams and enterprise-wide people initiatives.
• Experience advising executive leaders in biotechnology, pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
• Strong business acumen to translate strategy into workforce priorities.
• Expertise in organization design, workforce planning, talent and succession planning.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Acadia’s People Business Partner team, setting expectations and ensuring high-quality support.
• Translate Acadia’s strategy into workforce, organization, leadership and talent implications.
• Advise on organization effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership, culture and change.
