Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 12+ years in Human Capital, operations, management consulting, or leadership development.
• 3+ years in leadership roles serving executive stakeholders.
• GovCon sector experience with cleared workforce dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Align executive-level people strategies with business growth and national security missions.
• Lead the HRBA team as strategic HR business advisors to corporate employees and executives.
• Translate complex business objectives into actionable workforce solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and develop the HR Business Advisor team for functional excellence.
• Manage team performance, career development, and workload distribution.
• Partner with executive leadership to design project plans, milestones, and governance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure cross-organizational alignment and project execution.
