Job summary

Vireo Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior People Resources Business Partner (PRBP) to advise senior leadership and lead HR strategies aligned with growth and acquisition objectives.

The role focuses on people management, organizational development, and employee engagement, with emphasis on integration planning during mergers and acquisitions. A strategic partner will drive culture, scalability, and policy alignment across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience with strong background in employee relations, organizational development, and strategic HR partnering.
• Experience supporting M&A processes, including due diligence, integration, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support business goals and employee engagement.
• Oversee talent management processes including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives aligned with corporate values.
• Develop and deliver training programs for managerial capabilities, including conflict resolution and communication.
