Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is building a data-driven primary care platform focused on senior care. As Senior Analytics Engineer, you will own the analytics layer, production systems, and dashboards that empower operators to monitor performance across levers.

You will partner with engineering and the pop health team to define metrics, ensure data trust, and deliver timely insights for leadership decisions. Location: NYC hybrid; remote options possible for exceptional candidates.

Qualifications

• Fluency in dbt and Python.
• Hands-on experience with healthcare datasets and interoperability frameworks (claims, eligibility, EHR data, FHIR/HL7).
• Solid grasp of business fundamentals to partner with managers on defining metrics.
• Experience owning production systems and acting as the point of contact when issues break.
• Bachelor's degree required and alignment with core values (Heart, Excellence, Accountability, Resilience, Teamwork).

Responsibilities

• Build the analytics layer: dbt models and business logic in Google Cloud.
• Ensure consistent definitions across all Greenbrook surfaces.
• Own production systems, ensure uptime, and monitor ingestion and pipelines.
