Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is hiring its first dedicated data person to build on our data platform, ensure consistent performance, and expand our metric library so operators can monitor performance across all levers.

As Senior Analytics Engineer, you own the analytics layer, reporting/BI, production systems, and the partnership with our engineering team. Location: NYC hybrid; exceptional remote candidates considered. Reports to the VP of Growth and Population Health.

Qualifications

• Fluency in dbt and Python.
• Experience with healthcare datasets and interoperability frameworks (FHIR/HL7).
• Ability to own production systems and respond when issues arise.
• Strong business sense to define metrics with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the dbt models and business logic our metrics and workflows depend on.
• Ensure consistency in definitions across all surfaces at Greenbrook
• Build dashboards to support organizational decision making
• Take ownership of production systems and ensure uptime and performance.
