Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to simplify complexity.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end PM for complex People Team initiatives.
Translate priorities into charters, plans, milestones, dependencies and ownership.
Drive momentum, remove barriers, and hold partners accountable for timely delivery.
Identify risks early and propose practical mitigation options.
