The Sr. Manager, People Team at Chobani serves as a strategic People Business Partner for our Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Transformation teams, guiding workforce planning and talent strategy in a fast-growing environment.

This role can be based in either our Twin Falls, ID facility or our NYC office. Responsibilities include advising leaders on organizational design, driving development and succession planning, supporting change management, and analyzing people data to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; Master’s or HR cert is a plus.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a business partner supporting technical or high-growth functions.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable people strategies.
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives and managing change in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and BI leaders to anticipate workforce needs and craft scalable talent strategies.
• Advise managers on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, and capability building for growth.
• Support change management and organizational transformation with effective communication.
• Analyze people data to improve team effectiveness and employee experience.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws while promoting diversity.
• Partner with COEs to deliver people strategies to assigned departments.
