Job summary

Chobani, a leading food and beverage manufacturer, seeks a Director of Engineering & Project Management to lead strategic capital and engineering projects across its manufacturing network. You will oversee a team of Project Managers and drive CAPEX execution in fast-paced production environments.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in capital projects within F&B/CPG, 8+ years in project management, and 5+ years of leadership. Strong financial acumen and stakeholder influence are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading capital projects, engineering initiatives, or manufacturing operations in F&B/CPG.
• 8+ years of project management overseeing complex capital projects, budgets, timelines, and contractors.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing Project Managers or engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of plant engineering and CAPEX execution in live production environments.
• Experience with processing systems, packaging equipment, utilities, or facility expansions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic capital and engineering projects across the manufacturing network.
• Oversee a team of Project Managers and cross-functional execution.
• Manage multi-million-dollar capital budgets and timelines.
• Drive CAPEX planning, processing and packaging system improvements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance to ensure project success.
