Job summary

Chobani is seeking a Sr. Manager, People Team to act as a strategic People Business Partner for Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Transformation groups. Based in NYC or Twin Falls, this role shapes talent strategies to enable rapid expansion while maintaining excellence.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on inclusion and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably as a business partner supporting technical, analytical, or high-growth functions.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business needs into actionable people strategies for scaling teams.
• Experience supporting transformation initiatives and managing change in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consultative skills with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficiency in HRIS and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders of Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Transformation to anticipate workforce needs and craft scalable talent strategies.
• Advise and coach managers on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Lead initiatives for talent development, succession planning, and capability building for accelerated growth.
• Support change management efforts, including organizational transformation projects, with strong employee communications and adaptability.
• Analyze people data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance team effectiveness and employee experience.
