You will lead multi-year initiatives across procurement, R&D, operations, and finance, driving traceability, grower partnerships, and value creation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, or value creation, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
• Experience with agricultural commodity markets and perishable ingredients.
• Proven ability to build programs from scratch, not inherit existing operations.
• Strong financial and analytical skills for building business cases and quantifying risk.
• Track record of leading cross-functional work and influencing stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multi-year upstream sourcing strategy and networks, including traceability and resilience.
• Collaborate with R&D to support reformulation and new product development with suitable growers.
• Scope and lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives: feasibility, requirements, financials, risks, governance, planning.
• Identify value beyond price through partnerships, spec improvements, and network optimization.
• Serve as the center point for supply-chain innovation spanning ingredients, packaging, and planning.
• Translate broad business needs into clear workplans with owners, timelines, and recommendations for senior leadership.
