Rasa is a remote-first AI agent platform hiring a senior People Ops leader for a global team of ~90 employees. You will shape people strategy and lead critical programs across the entire employee lifecycle.

You will drive ELT-level initiatives, oversee complex employee relations and recruitment, and execute hands-on technical hiring including senior and executive roles, while managing benefits and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in People Ops and/or Talent Acquisition.
• 2+ years leading both at a global startup.

Responsibilities

• Shape strategy at the ELT level and run complex employee relations cases or technical searches.
• Own the full employee lifecycle for a global, remote-first team of about 90 people.
