Job summary

The Trade Desk is seeking a Director, People Advisory Partners to partner with Product and Technology leaders. You will own the people agenda, advise on talent, structure, capacity, and growth while coaching a direct report and cross‑functional teams.

You will work with regional PAPs to deliver coordinated people support, translate programs into practical guidance, and drive organizational effectiveness at a global scale.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience partnering with product/engineering.
Strong judgment in organizational design and talent planning.
Experience with employment law and multi-region collaboration.

Responsibilities

Own the people agenda for your supported business groups, aligning priorities with business leaders.
Develop understanding of the business, technical roles, and capabilities needed to deliver priorities.
Help leaders assess organizational structure, leadership capacity, and succession needs.
Partner with leaders to align staffing with priorities and identify work to reprioritize or stop.
Support organizational change with planning, clear communication, and effective implementation.
Coach managers to set expectations, provide feedback, and support development.
