Job summary

Fresenius Kabi is seeking a Director to lead contracting operations for Biosimilars and Specialty products. You will manage a diverse team handling rebates, discounts, contract set up, and policy development to support commercial strategies.

You will coordinate with National Account and field sales, oversee 340B investigations, Model N, Agiloft, and EDI platforms, driving improvements across US and global functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
• 10+ years in pharmaceutical industry, including 5 years in financial/marketing/contract/market access.
• Minimum 5 years of direct people management experience leading high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of payer medical and pharmacy rebate claims invoice payment process.
• Deep understanding of many players in the US supply chain.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to develop content.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analytics; familiarity with SAP, BEX, Qlik, Veeva, Spring CM, and Model N.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracting operations team and contract set up to support growth in Biosimilars and Specialty products.
• Lead negotiations with National Account and field sales customers with operational support.
• Develop a brand-like contract operations process for hospital & clinic GPOs and payer rebates.
• Manage Managed Care invoice and rebate payment accuracy.
• Develop 340B investigation processes for payer contracts and Medicaid issues.
• Supervise onboarding for new biopharma customers using EDI.
• Direct contract analytics platforms and Model N solutions.
