Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Director, PBM Contract Management to oversee complex contract strategies and governance for large PBM agreements. You will lead a specialized team, negotiate terms, and partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations to optimize outcomes.

The role focuses on risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic negotiations to drive retention and profitability. Travel up to 10% may be required, and a strong leadership background is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with contract/financial negotiation and PBM knowledge.
• Up to 10% travel may be required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal, across internal stakeholders.
• Oversee governance processes, documentation standards, and approval workflows.
• Negotiate complex terms including financial arrangements and SLAs.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Underwriting, and operations to optimize contracts.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risk; ensure regulatory and internal compliance.
