CVS Health is seeking a Director of PBM Contract Management to shape complex contracts and drive financial and risk outcomes. You will lead a specialized team, oversee the full lifecycle, and partner with Sales, Legal, Finance and Consulting to ensure negotiated terms are executed with precision.

This role requires 10+ years in contract and financial negotiation, PBM knowledge, and strong executive communication. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of contract/financial negotiation experience with PBM knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Master's preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong risk and financial management capabilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal.
• Develop and execute contract strategies with clients and vendors.
• Negotiate complex terms, SLAs, and financial arrangements.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and business leaders to optimize contracts.
• Provide executive communication and guidance to senior leadership.
