Job summary
CVS Health in Scottsdale, AZ invites a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Corporate Compliance Lead Director to lead regulatory compliance across Caremark PBM operations. You will shape governance, partner with Legal and Operations, and drive enterprise-wide compliance readiness.
You will mentor a team, manage investigations, and report to senior executives while ensuring strict adherence to federal and state PBM requirements in a rapidly changing landscape.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of combined experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk Management, Audit, Project Management or similar oversight disciplines.
- Experience leading major projects and mentoring project leaders.
- Ability to travel up to 10%–15% (by plane).
Responsibilities
- Lead regulatory compliance initiatives for Caremark PBM business across federal and state requirements.
- Partner with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to embed compliance across operations, processes, and governance.
- Drive implementation of regulatory requirements with evidence-based validation and sustainable controls.
- Oversee PBM-related investigations, root cause analyses, reporting, and executive updates.
- Represent Compliance on enterprise governance committees and key initiatives.
- Provide strategic leadership and foster a culture of regulatory accountability.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals.
