Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Corporate Compliance Lead Director in Scottsdale to oversee regulatory adherence and governance across Caremark’s PBM business. You will partner with Legal, Operations, and Enterprise Compliance to embed compliance into processes and controls.

You will lead a high-performing team, drive evidence-based reviews, and promote a culture of proactive regulatory excellence in a rapidly evolving environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk or related oversight.
• Strong project leadership and mentoring of project leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 10-15% (including by plane).

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance initiatives for Caremark PBM; assess new requirements and drive implementation.
• Embed compliance across operations, processes, systems, and governance.
• Oversee PBM compliance investigations, root cause analysis, and executive updates.
• Represent Compliance on governance committees and key initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance and foster a culture of regulatory accountability.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of compliance professionals.
