Job summary

Bausch + Lomb, a leading eye health company, seeks a Director of Payor Account Management to drive national and regional payor strategies and maximize patient access to the Elios System. You will lead a team of Regional Account Executives and partner with sales, marketing, and clinical teams to optimize reimbursement and coverage across the U.S.

The role requires strong leadership, deep payor experience, and ability to translate clinical data into payer value propositions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public health, life science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of payor relations experience at Medicare and private insurance.
• Proven track record in securing positive payor coverage for medical devices.
• Strong ability to communicate clinical and economic data to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead national and regional payor coverage and reimbursement strategies.
• Engage with HTAs to summarize clinical data and educate payors.
• Build and maintain relationships with payors, policy makers, and medical directors.
• Collaborate with Field Sales to ensure coverage and payment requirements are understood.
• Work with Medical Affairs to support clinical education with local KOLs.
