Job summary

Capital One seeks a Director for Ecosystem Risk & Integrity to oversee High Brand Risk and Prohibited Activity Monitoring within the Global Payments ecosystem.

You will lead a team of risk specialists, collaborate with executives and external partners, and drive the modernization of monitoring capabilities to protect the company’s reputation and ensure regulatory compliance across domestic and international operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• 5+ years of project/process management experience.
• 2+ years of operations management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Integrate intelligence to risk processes with partners and vendors to validate transaction monitoring.
• Lead expansion of signals and implement testing with third-party partnerships.
• Consult with executives on interaction models with payment schemes and participants.
• Develop and finalize risk framework for High Brand Risk and Prohibited Investigations.
• Oversee anomaly detection, investigations, and enforcement across policies and regulations.
• Perform gap assessments on legacy tools and define integration requirements for scalable decisions.
• Drive governance, QA, and executive reporting; lead multi-disciplinary teams.
