Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Director in Ecosystem Risk & Integrity to lead High Brand Risk and Prohibited Activity Monitoring programs. You will guide a team of Risk Specialists, partner with Executives, and drive modernization of monitoring capabilities to safeguard our Global Payments Ecosystem.

You will evaluate gray area activities, detect transaction laundering, and implement compliant controls while enabling sustainable business growth across domestic and international regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in Operations Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in People Management.

Responsibilities

• Integrate Intelligence to Critical Risk Processes with business partners and external vendors to validate transaction monitoring.
• Consult with Executives to determine optimal interaction models with Payment Schemes and external participants.
• Drive framework development for High Brand Risk (HBR) and related enforcement standards across the organization.
• Perform anomaly detection and investigations to mitigate regulatory and reputational risk and ensure compliance.
