• Attend client meetings to articulate value and manage relationships.
• Gather client feedback and monitor product performance; iterate features.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on go-to-market and launches.
• Communicate with executives and teams about delivery, progress, and challenges.
• Lead and coach team; foster high-performance and succession planning.
