Qualifikationen

• 7+ years hands-on experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics and related disciplines.
• Deep expertise in statistical and predictive modeling, causal inference, experimentation and measurement.
• Expertise in promotional effectiveness, MMM, MTA, digital/web analytics, A/B testing and media performance.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud-based notebook environments on large health care datasets.
• Track record of deploying and monitoring ML models in production for commercial use cases.
• Working proficiency with BI tools to translate analytics into dashboards for executives.
• Broad pharma domain knowledge across marketing, sales, market access, patient services.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence through data-driven storytelling.

• Analyze business and market data to answer key questions and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design, build and deploy supervised and unsupervised ML models across campaigns and channels.
