Boulder Care is seeking a high-impact sales leader to own the end-to-end sales cycle with payer partners in the United States. You will pitch and close Value-Based Care contracts, renegotiate with existing fee-for-service partners to adopt risk-sharing models, and continuously build a data-driven pipeline to forecast revenue and guide strategy.

Success requires strong relationship-building, strategic negotiation, and fluency with payer contracting and performance-based payment models.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for new payer partnerships, from first pitch to signed Value-Based Care (VBC) and pay-for-performance contracts
• Lead strategic renegotiations with existing fee-for-service partners, transitioning them into progressive risk-sharing and VBC frameworks
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of payer prospects, using CRM tools to forecast revenue and report on key sales metrics
