Qualifications

• At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry.
• Deep knowledge of healthcare reforms, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven success in leading large, complex transformation projects with stakeholder engagement and regulatory understanding.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and services.
