Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency in Atlanta seeks an accomplished healthcare transformation leader to drive strategy, delivery, and growth within a dynamic advisory practice. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams across process, technology, and analytics to deliver high-impact transformation services for payers and providers.

The role requires eight+ years in health payer consulting or executive roles, deep reform and value-based care knowledge, and a Master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of consulting or executive experience in health payer industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Experience managing large transformation projects, budgets, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory complexities.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and ability to work without sponsorship.
