Qualifications

• Eight years or more in health payer consulting/executive roles.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.

Role Overview: The position involves leading healthcare transformation initiatives within a consulting environment, focusing on payer modernization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and transformation services.


• Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines.


• Demonstrate deep knowledge of payer, provider, or PBM operations as a subject matter expert.


• Support business growth through relationship building and project proposals.


• Ensure quality delivery via project management, budget oversight, and issue resolution.


• Contribute to thought leadership and service offerings development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of eight years’ consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry, with a solid understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency.


• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.


• Experience leading large transformation projects, managing complex budgets, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory issues.


• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.


• Willingness to travel extensively and authorized to work without sponsorship.
