Job summary

Live Well Homecare seeks a seasoned leader to drive healthcare transformation initiatives within its advisory practice. You will develop and deliver technology-enabled strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and serve as a subject matter expert in payer/provider operations.

This role supports business development, ensures project quality, and contributes to thought leadership while traveling extensively as needed.

• Develop, sell, and deliver technology-enabled healthcare strategies and transformation services.
• Lead high-performing teams across process, technology, and analytics disciplines.
• Demonstrate expertise in payer, provider, or PBM operations and serve as a subject matter expert.
• Support new business development through relationship building and proposal efforts.
• Ensure quality delivery and performance management via project oversight and issue resolution.
• Contribute to thought leadership and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least eight years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry.
• Deep understanding of healthcare reform, value-based care, medical management, and operational efficiency.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Proven success in managing large transformation projects, budgets, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory complexes.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and authorized to work without sponsorship.
