Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting or executive experience in the health payer industry.
• Master’s degree is required.
• Proven experience leading large, complex transformation projects with stakeholder engagement and regulatory understanding.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of healthcare transformation services.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality delivery and performance.
• Leverage industry knowledge to act as a subject matter expert on healthcare operations.
• Build client relationships, support business development, and contribute to thought leadership.
