MedeAnalytics is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the design, development, and lifecycle management of analytics and automation products for health plans. Reporting to the Sr.

VP, Commercial Product, this role drives market-aligned product strategy and cross-functional execution. You will orchestrate with Engineering, AI & Data Science, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Compliance to bring high-value payer products from concept to adoption and scale, ensuring measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology or payer analytics.
• Experience leading cross-functional product teams and multiple workstreams.
• Strong payer domain expertise and ability to translate market needs into product strategy.
• Proven track record launching payer-facing analytics and automation products.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for payer analytics.
• Lead full product lifecycle from discovery to retirement with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Security, Compliance to deliver SaaS solutions.
• Drive adoption, revenue, and customer value through launches and go-to-market activities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, CSM to ensure successful product adoption and expansion.
