Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B product management in data, analytics, or intelligence platforms in healthcare or life sciences.
• Familiarity with health plan operations through product, consulting, or industry experience.
• Proven ability to run user research and translate findings into product requirements.
• Comfortable working with data science and engineering on data quality and coverage decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Health Plans surface, prioritizing features that improve network management, provider data, utilization analytics, and quality measurement for payer clients.
• Conduct ongoing discovery with health plan stakeholders to surface unmet needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering to improve provider data completeness, accuracy, and freshness for payer workflows.
• Define success metrics and report on adoption, data quality, and client satisfaction across the Health Plans product surface.
• Partner with commercial and customer success to ensure product investments drive retention and expansion with health plan clients.
