Job summary

MedeAnalytics is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the design, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of analytical and automation products for payer segments across commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and D-SNP markets.

This senior leader will own strategy, roadmap, and execution while partnering with Engineering, AI & Data Science, IT, Sales, and Marketing to drive adoption and measurable value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, payer analytics, enterprise SaaS, or related environment.
• 3+ years of experience managing product managers or leading multiple complex product workstreams.
• Strong payer domain experience with expertise in commercial or employer-sponsored plans, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, or D-SNP programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for an assigned portfolio of payer analytics and workflow solutions.
• Lead full product lifecycle from discovery to retirement, translating needs into use cases, requirements, and success metrics.
• Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, Design, Security, and Compliance to deliver scalable SaaS solutions.
• Guide product validation, pilots, beta programs, and stakeholder feedback to ensure market adoption and customer value.
• Establish and monitor product performance measures including adoption, revenue contribution, and outcomes.
